Hizam Kadir
Director
Hizam brings with him more than 20 years of experience in multi-market technology and energy industries in various markets across the Asia Pacific. He was in various managerial positions at Intel, Microsoft, Ballard Power System, and Green Packet Berhad in various expertise ranging from marketing, sales and business development, strategy and planning, and communications.
He served the country as VP at MDEC, building policies and spurring the market for Malaysia’s growing digital economy.
Hizam currently runs his consultancy company, Z&H, helping businesses to storytell better narratives and position them strategically among the relevant stakeholders. He sits on the board of directors at MiMOS Berhad and myAngkasa Digital Services. He is also a member of the Advisory Council for Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera.
He is a certified HRDC trainer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Purdue University, USA, and a master's degree in Corporate Marketing and Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Zalinda Zainon
Director
Zaza is a highly motivated communications and public relations technical specialist with two decades of cross-cultural experience who has effectively delivered creative, strong business impact amidst some of the most transformative situations and challenging environments.
A tactful communicator, she is able to grasp the nuances of the corporate business, culture, objectives, and people accurately and thoroughly. Zaza's stint as a broadcast journalist covering a broad range of stories gave her the opportunity to tell positive stories about the people, the businesses, and the country.
As a believer in Malaysia, Tanah Tumpah Darahku has always believed that if stories were spun positively the outcome are impactful and awesome stories and which will result in a greater impact on the audience. Hence, her strategic approach to all stories and assignments. Zaza has served Petronas, TV3, ntv7, Prasarana, Intel, MDEC and Skymind. She has a degree in Law from International Islamic University of Malaysia.

Aiza Zamani
Director
A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®️), Aiza brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology & Communications (ICT) industry.
With a knack for connecting the dots, her strength includes corporate and strategic planning as well as program management. Involved in portfolios of various natures and scales, she has experienced formulating organizational strategies related to digital transformation on a national scale.
At MDEC, where she spent several years, she was instrumental in leading corporate planning and corporate performance delivery and assessment. Her work has helped MDEC with its strategies for Malaysia's 5-year plans. She was also responsible for managing progress reporting to the board, senior management, and relevant ministries and government stakeholders.
Aiza received the General Translation Certificate (English-Malay-English Translation from the Malaysian Institute of Translation & Books and has completed various translation projects. She is also an avid reader, hiker, and mountain climber.
